/conf/rule/all-properties: A rule using every property with its documented type is valid.
/conf/rule/recommended-not-boolean: A rule whose recommended is a string is invalid.
/conf/rule/then-present: A rule with then and given is valid.
/conf/rule/then-required: A rule with given but no then is invalid.
/conf/rule/type-unknown: A rule whose type is neither style nor validation is invalid.
/conf/rule/unknown-property: A rule with the unknown property severty is invalid.
