/conf/result/code: The code of a result is the rule name.
/conf/result/fields: Every result has the five required fields.
/conf/result/order: Results come in order of position, and by code at the same position, whatever the order of the rules.

/conf/result/range-utf16: A character before the value that needs two UTF-16 code units counts as two, and the end is just after the value.

/conf/result/source: A result for a document read from a file carries that file's path in source.
